Reinhart to Participate in DMI/Milwaukee Downtown Panel Discussion

Reinhart shareholder Nathan Wautier will take part in a panel discussion, The Madison + Milwaukee Downtown Exchange, hosted by Downtown Madison Inc. on Tuesday, June 29, at 8:00 a.m. The discussion will focus on the future of commercial real estate in downtown Madison and Milwaukee. Quarterly, speakers from Madison and Milwaukee discuss how both cities can work together for improved collaboration, growth and investment.

Formed more than 40 years ago, the nonprofit organization, Downtown Madison, Inc. works to support and maintain a healthy and thriving downtown Madison, Wisconsin. Milwaukee Downtown is an organization established in 1998 to support the interests of the downtown Milwaukee business community.

Nathan Wautier is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Real Estate, Corporate Law and Banking and Finance practices where he serves the business and legal needs of a broad range of individual, corporate and institutional clients. He is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and Best Lawyers has twice named Nathan as Madison’s Land Use and Zoning “Lawyer of the Year.” Nathan primarily advises real estate developers, business owners, operators and borrowers on the development and financing of commercial projects, including a significant practice related to public/private partnerships.
