Reinhart Takes Part in BizTimes Powering Progress Event

The afternoon symposium, held at Discovery World on Milwaukee’s lakefront, addressed the future of energy in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Reinhart Shareholder and Data Centers Group Co-Chair Debby Tomczyk participated in the “Data Center Dilemma - Growth Without Gridlock” panel discussion, where she explored critical issues including speed to market considerations, tax incentives/exceptions, job creation and partnerships with local utilities to meet rapidly expanding power needs.

Tomczyk is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, chair of the firm’s Development Group, co-chair of the Data Centers Group. Her deep understanding of both business and politics helps her effectively counsel clients in all aspects of real estate development, from structuring deals to financing to permitting, and everything in between, to ensure projects are successful.
