Reinhart Shareholder Monica Mark Named to Madison’s In Business “40 Under 40”

MADISON – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that Shareholder Monica A. Mark has been named one of Madison’s “40 Under 40” by In Business Magazine. The annual award honors forty of the most successful and civic-minded young professionals under the age of 40 in the Greater Madison area.

Mark is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice, where she is part of the Intellectual Property Team and active in appellate work. An experienced litigator who is passionate about helping clients successfully navigate volatile or complex legal proceedings, she offers critical guidance at every stage of a case. Mark counsels clients through intellectual property matters, especially patent litigation and patent-related administrative proceedings such as inter partes review. She also has substantial experience in trademark, trade dress and copyright litigation. Mark’s work on behalf of her clients has earned her Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch designation for the last three years.

Equally dedicated to serving her community, Mark was recognized as the firm’s 2021 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year for her commitment to equal justice and is a volunteer on the State Bar of Wisconsin Appellate Help Desk, working to involve junior associates in pro bono cases. Mark is also an active volunteer with the Dane County Humane Society.

Mark and the other honorees will be recognized at a dinner and reception on March 15, 2023, at the Overture Center for the Arts.
