Reinhart Names Three New Shareholders

MILWAUKEE – Jerome M. Janzer, CEO of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c., announced that attorneys Jessica P. Culotti, Stacie M. Kalmer and Amy L. MacArdy have been named firm shareholders.

Reinhart’s new shareholders and their areas of focus are listed below:

Jessica P. Culotti is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Employee Benefits Practice where she advises government employers, corporate clients and Taft-Hartley funds in all areas of employee benefits, including plan administration, fiduciary obligations and compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA and other applicable federal and state laws.

Culotti earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Stacie M. Kalmer is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Employee Benefits Practice counseling a wide variety of multiemployer, corporate and governmental plan clients on an array of employee benefit plan issues. She advises clients on plan design and administration and also advises plan fiduciaries on fiduciary compliance and corporate governance issues under federal and state law.

Kalmer earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.

Amy L. MacArdy is a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Practice. She concentrates her practice in product liability litigation, including the defense of toxic torts and prescription drug and medical device suits. MacArdy has been involved in defending heavy equipment manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and aircraft manufacturers in a variety of state and federal product liability suits. Her practice also includes intellectual property, complex commercial litigation and appellate work.

MacArdy earned her J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
