Reinhart announced that attorneys, James N. Law, Sara Stellpflug Rapkin, and Maya S. Zahn Rhine have been elected as shareholders.

"This accomplished group of attorneys has demonstrated exceptional service to our clients in their respective areas of practice," said Jerry Janzer, Reinhart CEO. “We congratulate each of our new shareholders for their commitment and dedication, and look forward to their continued contributions to our clients and the firm."

Reinhart’s new shareholders and their areas of focus are listed below:

James N. Law is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice with experience in a variety of civil litigation matters including patent and IP litigation, product liability claims, civil rights litigation, and commercial litigation. Law also practices in the area of antitrust and trade regulation, including defending clients against claims of group boycott and other conspiracies in restraint of trade. In addition to his skills as a knowledgeable and persuasive advocate in trial proceedings, Law provides his clients with practical solutions to complex legal issues and results-oriented legal representation.

He earned his M.A. from Marquette University Graduate School and his J.D., summa cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.

Sara Stellpflug Rapkin is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Tax Practice where she assists a wide range of clients from small business owners to Fortune 50 companies. She provides creative solutions to complex legal issues for her clients covering a variety of tax-related matters such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and compliance issues, as well as tax structuring, planning and controversy matters.

Rapkin earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School (Order of the Coif).

Maya S. Zahn Rhine is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice where she counsels commercial real estate companies involved in leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. Rhine is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Indiana, and Wisconsin, and she is well-versed in energy and mineral law (mining, oil and gas, coal and green initiatives).

Rhine earned her J.D., cum laude, University of Minnesota Law School.
