Reinhart Attorneys to Present at 18th Annual Door County Intellectual Property Academy

Reinhart attorneys Dave Hanson and Dan Kattman will present at the State Bar of Wisconsin’s CLE-eligible 18th Annual Door County Intellectual Property Academy at the Stone Harbor Resort being held July 11-12, 2024. Hanson will co-present with Paul Dalley of TSRC Specialty Materials on an IP Risk Assessment Panel and Kattman will speak about lessons he learned from his years of practicing entertainment law that help advise clients in any area.

Hanson is a shareholder in the Intellectual Property and Litigation practices as well as the chair of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) specialty group. He handles patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret cases as well as Taft Hartley and ERISA litigation, including withdrawal liability matters. As a member of the AI team, Hanson advises clients on the technical and regulatory requirements, challenges and opportunities of AI technology.

Kattman is an attorney in Reinhart’s Intellectual Property Practice, member of the Artificial Intelligence Group and chair of the firm’s Advertising, Media and Entertainment Practice. He has developed a unique legal practice that reflects the convergence of brand, media and technology in the digital age. He works with companies of all sizes, including startups and companies with sizable trademark portfolios, on domestic and international issues related to advertising law, trademark litigation, copyright law and more.
