Reinhart Attorney Tomás Clasen Named to Milwaukee Business Journal’s “40 Under 40”

MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that attorney Tomás Clasen has been named one of Milwaukee’s “40 Under 40” by the Milwaukee Business Journal. This exclusive annual award honors young business and community leaders from southeastern Wisconsin selected from a pool of nearly 300 nominations. Clasen and the other recipients will be honored at a dinner and reception on March 20, at the Miller High Life Theatre. 

“We are extremely proud that Tomás is being recognized for this honor,” said Reinhart CEO Albert Orr. “Tomás has a true passion for helping his commercial real estate clients alter the landscape of our cities in positive ways, and his deep commitment to service is equally present in the volunteer work he does on behalf of those same communities.” 

Clasen is an attorney in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, where he counsels clients on complex commercial real estate matters, including purchasing and sales, leasing, entitlements, construction law, tax incremental financing and conventional financing. He has extensive experience working with municipalities on land use entitlements and zoning issues.

Dedicated to his community as well as his profession, Clasen currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Hispanic Lawyers Association and the boards of several local education organizations, including City Forward Collective and the Milwaukee Excellence Charter School.
