MILWAUKEEReinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) Shareholder Robert K. Sholl has been named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Established in 1955, the Fellows comprise a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of their communities.

Fellows are recommended by their peers and elected by the Board of the American Bar Foundation. Membership in the Fellows is limited to one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction.

Sholl is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Labor and Employment and Litigation practices where he advises and defends employers in the full range of labor and employment law matters. Sholl represents management exclusively. His employment practice encompasses employment discrimination, workplace harassment, non-compete agreements, whistleblower and breach of employment contract lawsuits before state and federal agencies and courts. He defends employers in unemployment and worker’s compensation hearings, wage/hour disputes and employee health and safety disputes. Sholl’s traditional labor practice includes collective bargaining, unfair labor practice hearings before the National Labor Relations Board, and labor arbitrations.
