Reinhart Attorney Gregory Monday Named Fellow of American Bar Foundation

Shareholder Gregory Monday has been named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Established in 1955, the Fellows comprise a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of their communities.

Fellows are recommended by their peers and elected by the Board of the American Bar Foundation. Membership in the Fellows is limited to one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction.

Monday is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Corporate Law and Trusts and Estates practices, primarily representing mid-market family businesses, whom he assists with matters of governance, ownership, and succession. He also represents closely-held businesses and their boards involved in shareholder disputes, and corporate fiduciaries and other parties involved in trusts and estates litigation.

Monday was recently named Best Lawyer of the Year for Closely Held Companies and Businesses Law in the 2020 edition of The Best Lawyers in America^©.
