MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. announces that Don M. Millis and William H. Tobin have been named shareholders in the firm. Bruce T. Block and Kevin J. Howley were elected to the firm's Board of Directors.

Don M. Millis is based in the firm's Madison office and he practices in the firm's Tax and Litigation Departments. He chairs the firm's Governmental Relations Practice. Millis graduated with distinction from UW-Madison in 1981 with B.A. degrees in Journalism and Political Science. He graduated cum laude with a Law degree in 1990 from the University of Wisconsin Law School. There he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review.

William H. Tobin has also been named a shareholder. He practices in the firm's Employee Benefits Department out of the Milwaukee office. He received his undergraduate degree from Middlebury College and his law degree, cum laude, from the Boston University School of Law.

Bruce T. Block and Kevin J. Howley were each elected to three-year terms on the firm's Board of Directors. Block returns to Reinhart's Board, having previously served on the Board several years ago. Howley was re-elected for another term.

Block is a shareholder and chair of the firm's Real Estate Department in its Milwaukee office. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin­-Madison. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law.

Howley is a shareholder in the firm's Business Law and International Departments. He graduated magna cum laude from Loras College and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.
