DENVER – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) announces the addition of shareholders Jennifer L. Stenman and Amy H. Ruhl to its Denver office, enhancing the firm’s nationally recognized Real Estate Practice and expanding its geographic reach to better serve clients.

They have extensive experience in the Colorado real estate market and beyond, and a demonstrated commitment to client success.”

Stenman advises property owners, developers, management companies, brokers and receivers on commercial real estate matters such as acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing transactions, and has extensive experience negotiating and drafting lease documents for industrial, office and retail assets, including build-to-suit leases. Leveraging her deep industry knowledge, Stenman partners with her clients to secure the best outcomes while quickly and efficiently advancing critical projects. A frequent author and speaker on real estate law and its application, Stenman earned her J.D. from the University of Denver and her B.A. from Wake Forest University.

Ruhl counsels developers, borrowers and owners of all types of assets with respect to acquisition, development and disposition, and compliance with the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA), drawing on her deep understanding of master-planned communities and condominiums, including commercial, residential, mixed-use and affordable housing developments. She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver and her B.A. from Northwestern University.
