Peter Soukenik Presents on Corporate Transparency Act

Reinhart attorney Peter Soukenik co-presented the webinar “Corporate Transparency Act (CTA): New Federal Reporting Obligations” on Tuesday, May 14, facilitated by the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at UW-La Crosse. The presentation covered the new reporting requirements of the CTA that apply to millions of business and non-business entities, including who must report, when you need to report, where you need to report, penalties if you fail to report, and a review of a recent court case impacting the CTA.
