Orr Elected to Reinhart's Board of Directors; Broomfield Re-Elected

MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) announces that shareholder Albert S. Orr has been elected to the firm's Board of Directors for a three-year term. Shareholder Larri J. Broomfield has been re-elected to the board, also for a three-year term.

Orr is co-chair of Reinhart's Business Law Practice and chair of the firm's Private Equity, Venture Capital and Corporate Finance Group. Orr represents private equity sponsors, mezzanine investment funds, operating companies and entrepreneurs in a variety of industries, with respect to corporate transactions and finance. He has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged transactions, commercial contracts and other related issues.

Broomfield is co-chair of Reinhart's Health Care Practice and a member of the firm's Business Law Practice. His clients include a wide range of health care organizations and facilities, including hospital systems, HMOs, pharmacies, long-term care and skilled nursing facilities and providers. Broomfield also counsels several manufacturing and service corporations, including software companies.
