  3. Milwaukee Issues Extension to File Property Assessment Objection

The coronavirus pandemic has prompted the City of Milwaukee assessor's office to extend the deadline for property owners to file objections to their assessments.

Typically set for the third Monday in May, or, May 18, 2020, city property owners now have until June 8, 2020, to file their written objections.

If you have any questions about your property tax assessment, how to file your written objection or how to appeal your assessment, please contact Don Millis, Kristina Somers or Doug Pessefall in Reinhart's State and Local Tax Planning group.
