MADISON – As part of a planned leadership transition at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart), CEO Jerome M. Janzer announces new appointments in the firm's Madison office.

Attorney Don M. Millis was appointed Managing Shareholder of Reinhart's Madison office. Millis takes over from Todd W. Martin, who held the position since August 2010.

A shareholder in Reinhart's Tax Practice and Co-Chair of the firm's Government Relations Group, Millis assists business clients in Wisconsin and elsewhere with tax planning and tax disputes. He has a wide range of experience in tax dispute resolution including sales and use taxes, property tax and the real estate transfer tax. Millis is also a member of Reinhart's Litigation and Business Law Practices.

Attorney John H. Zawadsky was appointed Madison office representative on Reinhart's Board of Directors. Zawadsky succeeds Millis, who served a two-year term.

A shareholder in the firm's Labor and Employment Practice, Zawadsky also leads Reinhart's Construction Industry Group. For the past 30 years, Zawadsky has helped a wide range of corporate clients to plan for and successfully navigate labor grievances. He is widely respected as a negotiator and a trusted advisor to his clients.
