Matt Ackmann Explores Benefits of Gun Trusts in Blue Magazine

Matt Ackmann recently discussed the advantages of Gun Trusts in the April issue of Blue Magazine, “Ensuring Peace of Mind: Exploring the Benefits of Gun Trusts.” In it, he advocates for creating an estate plan and, if one owns collectible firearms, considering a Gun Trust. This legal tool allows one to bypass probate and ensure the responsible use of these firearms by future generations, unlike traditional trusts, which may have limitations.

Ackmann is a member of Reinhart's Trusts and Estates Practice, where he focuses on estate and tax planning for high-net-worth families and business owners. He also provides guidance to clients on the establishment and management of private foundations and other tax-exempt organizations.
