As an attorney in Reinhart's Litigation Practice and chair of the firm's Commercial and Competition Law Group, she brings a wealth of experience to her new role. A distinguished graduate of UW-Madison with a B.S. in Journalism, Brenner has built a prominent legal career spanning business litigation, antitrust law and complex commercial matters.

She is recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and Chambers USA for her legal acumen. Active in several professional organizations, Brenner currently serves as President of the Thomas E. Fairchild Inn of Court and Chair of Wisconsin's Commercial Court Pilot Program Steering Committee.

Brenner’s practice spans many types of business litigation, including antitrust and competition law, dealership and franchise law, eCommerce, supply chain matters, advertising, pricing, unfair trade practice law, and other complex commercial matters.

The Board of Visitors was established in 1996 by the School of Journalism and Mass Communications to ensure the curriculum remains professionally relevant. Members of the board, largely comprised of SJMC alumni, meet biannually to provide industry insights and guidance to faculty and staff. To become a member, individuals must have distinguished themselves in their respective fields and demonstrated a commitment to the advancement of journalism and mass communication education.
