Labor & Employment Minute: Documentation of Issues in the Workplace

Welcome to the third edition of the Reinhart Labor & Employment Minute hosted by Shareholder Rob Driscoll. In the third episode, Rob is joined by fellow Shareholder Katie Triska to discuss a practice that is important for employers both large and small: the documentation of issues in the workplace. Rob and Katie first identify what types of events require documentation, as well as which employees should be taking part in assembling it. Additionally, they offer tips for what information should be, and should not be, included when detailing performance and conduct problems.
