Kurt Dykstra Presents at WAICU Presidents’ Briefing

Kurt Dykstra gave a special presentation at the virtual Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (WAICU) Presidents’ Briefing on February 20, "The Dear Colleague Letter: Preliminary Thoughts on and Reactions to the Trump Administration's Valentine's Day Love Letter to Colleges and Universities.” In it, he touched on the law the letter interprets and suggestions for institutional next steps. He has spoken about this topic recently on LinkedIn as well. WAICU is a group of 22 accredited, nonprofit, four-year baccalaureate and graduate institutions in Wisconsin, and the presidents of these institutions lead the organization and make up the attendees of the event held last month.

Dykstra is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice Group, where he offers insightful counsel to help clients navigate complex disputes across various jurisdictions and forums.
