Shareholder Klaus Thiedmann was part of a panel discussion during the 15th annual Cross Border Business Lawyers (CBBL) Forum on International Law 2026 on June 11 at the Wolkenburg in Cologne, Germany.

During the panel, titled “USA, Canada, and Mexico: Disruptive Politics of the Trump Administration,” Thiedmann spoke on investment opportunities in the United States through mergers and acquisitions.

The conference, themed “International Business in a World in Transition,” included German-speaking lawyers from around the world providing insights into politics and the economy, with a focus on North America, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa.

Thiedmann is a member of Reinhart’s Corporate Law and International practices, using his experience and education in the United States and Germany to represent domestic and international clients with global business transactions. Fluent in German and English, Thiedmann works closely with European companies and their subsidiaries in the United States, advises U.S. businesses entering and expanding in Europe and represents European clients on the boards of directors of U.S. companies.
