Kevin Ramakrishna Discusses Wisconsin TIF Laws During Municipal Attorney Institute

Shareholder Kevin Ramakrishna led a presentation on Wisconsin tax incremental financing (TIF) laws during the Municipal Attorney Institute, held June 17-19 at the Edgewater Hotel in Madison, Wis.

The presentation, “TIF 201: A Deeper Dive into Wisconsin’s TIF Laws,” provided attendees with a thorough analysis of the state’s TIF laws during the second day of the conference, which is organized by the League of Wisconsin Municipalities.

Ramakrishna is a member of Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, where he has extensive experience with economic development projects, particularly with public private partnerships.
