John Barlament Featured on Rx Changes Webinar for IFEBP

Shareholder John Barlament presented during a prescription drugs webinar hosted by the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans (IFEBP) on February 18. The presentation—“Rx Changes: New Laws and Future Impacts to Prescription Drugs”—covered several changes related to prescription drugs and how they are covered under multiemployer and single-employer health plans.

Barlament discussed the proposed regulations, the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) of 2026, the TrumpRx website and the Express Scripts, Inc. (ESI) settlement.
