Jennifer Stenman Addresses Commercial Leases During BARBRI Webinar

Shareholder Jennifer Stenman presented during a BARBRI CLE webinar on Thursday, June 11. The webinar, “Default Provisions in Commercial Leases: Tenant and Landlord Negotiation and Drafting Considerations, Unique Issues,” featured a panel that discussed common issues and pre-drafting considerations for landlord and tenants.

The panel reviewed how counsel should address these issues and considerations in the lease to best protect their clients. Stenman, along with the panel, also addressed jurisdictional considerations and offered best practices for negotiation and drafting.

A co-managing shareholder of Reinhart’s Denver office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice, Stenman counsels commercial property owners and developers in sales, acquisitions and leasing transactions. She leverages her extensive experience with commercial leasing to assist landlords of office, industrial and retail assets in negotiating and drafting lease documents, including build to suit leases, and handling landlord/tenant matters.
