Jennifer D’Amato’s Probate Law and Administration Article Featured in Wisconsin Lawyer Magazine

Shareholder Jennifer D’Amato’s article, “Post-death Administration in Wisconsin: Navigating Options in an Aging Population” was featured in the April 2026 issue of Wisconsin Lawyer magazine, the official monthly publication of the State Bar of Wisconsin.

D’Amato discusses the importance of lawyers being familiar with various post-death administration options, in order to minimize costs, delays and conflicts for clients and their heirs. She details various aspects of probate law and administration, key techniques available in Wisconsin and the advantages each different technique offers.

D’Amato is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Trust and Estates Practice. She uses her deep experience to assist ultra-high-net-worth clients in navigating tax issues and the other complexities of their closely held businesses and assets. She is the chair of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice, chair of Reinhart’s Trust Services Group, co-chair of the Fiduciary Litigation Service Group, and was the first woman to serve on the firm’s Board of Directors.
