Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) Shareholder Jennifer D’Amato has been featured in the February 2021 MKE Lifestyle Magazine article, “Succession Planning: The New Administration Change in 2021 May Usher in Changes in Estate and Gift Taxes." While the current estate tax exemption is $11.7 million, under President Biden’s proposal those that have a net worth over $3.5 million as well as married couples with a net worth of over $7 million have the potential to be impacted by these changes.
