MILWAUKEE – The Board of Directors of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. has announced that Jennifer R. D'Amato has been elected to serve her first term on the firm's Board. She replaces Thomas E. Funk, a long-time Board member who did not seek re-election. Funk will continue to serve in his role as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. Jerome M. Janzer and Mark A. Cameli were re-elected to their Board positions. All three will begin a three-year term starting July 1, 2009.

Janzer, Reinhart's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer states, "Our entire firm would like to thank Tom for his dedicated efforts and contributions to the firm during his many years of service on our Board. As a Reinhart Board Member for over 20 years, Tom has played an integral role in making Reinhart the well-respected firm it is today. We welcome Jennifer, an outstanding attorney who has already proven to be a great asset to the firm, to the Board."

D'Amato notes, "I look forward to contributing to Reinhart's continued success. While I will offer a new perspective to the Board, I support the long-established aspects of our firm's culture."

D'Amato is a shareholder in the firm's Trusts and Estates Practice and a member of the firm's Tax-Exempt Organizations team. She earned her Masters of Law with highest honors from DePaul University (Taxation) and earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School. D'Amato graduated with a B.A. from Lawrence University.

Janzer, in addition to his role as chairman, president and CEO, is also co-chair of the firm's Real Estate Practice and a member of the Business Law Practice. He attended Marquette University Law School from where he earned his J.D., cum laude. Janzer received his B.A. from Marquette University.

Cameli chairs Reinhart's Diversity Committee and is a shareholder in the firm's Litigation Practice, where he co-chairs the White Collar Litigation and Corporate Compliance team. He received his J.D. from Marquette University Law School and his B.A. from Marquette University.
