Highly Valued Attorney Rejoins Reinhart as Shareholder

Andrew O. Christianson has rejoined Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) as a shareholder in the firm's Employee Benefits, Institutional Investor Services, Corporate Law and Securities practices. Christianson previously practiced at Reinhart from 2006 through 2013. He will represent public/closely-held companies and institutional investors on a variety of matters including the following:

• Transactional and compliance issues including private equity
• Hedge fund and alternative investments
• Securities compliance and corporate governance issues

Prior to rejoining Reinhart, Christianson was a Senior Attorney at Sensient Technologies Corporation where his responsibilities included securities filings/compliance, corporate governance/secretarial matters and M&A.

He will be based in Reinhart’s Waukesha, Wis., office.
