Greg Monday Offers Guidance on Succession Planning for Family Businesses

Greg Monday spoke to the Madison Estate Council at the Madison Club on February 19, presenting "Family Business Succession Planning in 9 'Foolproof' Steps." Monday delivered a comprehensive framework for navigating the complexities of succession planning to estate planning professionals. He included no-nonsense wisdom throughout, noting that business succession planning is “a puzzle, not a contest.” His guidance provided an effective template, served as nine steps, including how to initiate the process, overcome indecision and achieve results that exceed expectations.

Monday is a shareholder and family business lawyer in Reinhart's Corporate Law Practice, where he assists clients with issues at the intersection of family and business transitioning between generations, owning and running a business together, supporting retirement and ensuring the family legacy endures.
