He also emphasizes the importance of a well-structured governing board to manage transitions and preserve the business’s value, while underscoring the need for proactive estate planning.
Greg Monday is a shareholder and family business lawyer in Reinhart's Corporate Law Practice, where he assists clients with issues at the intersection of family and business transitioning between generations, owning and running a business together, supporting retirement and ensuring the family legacy endures.
