Milwaukee's commercial real estate boom and upcoming impact of Foxconn

Deborah Tomczyk, a shareholder and chair of Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, was featured in an article titled “Building boom: Developers and tenants adapt to the changing opportunities in commercial real estate," published by the Milwaukee Business Journal.  Milwaukee's growing commercial real estate market is also in a state of transition as it adapts to changes in the retail industry and the addition of Foxconn. Tomczyk was featured as a panel expert to share thoughts on how developers, tenants and occupiers should address these challenges and opportunities the changes present.
