Dave Peterson featured in article discussing success of Commercial Docket Pilot Project

David Peterson was quoted in the article "Taking care of business: Commercial docket celebrates first birthday," published in the Wisconsin Law Journal.  The commercial docket, which went into effect a year ago, is being tested out in select parts of Wisconsin. The docket lets certain complex business disputes get resolved before a judge with a background in civil litigation. Many attorneys have noticed faster outcomes using this new process.

Peterson is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice where he primarily focuses on disputes involving commercial litigation, environmental remediation and product liability. David also represents clients in tax assessment valuation matters and corporate governance disputes. In addition to his significant trial experience, David has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration.
