MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is proud to announce that Danielle Marocchi has been honored with the 2024 "Pathfinder Award for Emerging Attorneys" by the Milwaukee Bar Association, presented as a part of the organization’s State of the Court Luncheon at the Wisconsin Club on October 17.
Marocchi is an attorney in Reinhart's Litigation Practice, where she is involved in a variety of matters such as ERISA and employee benefits-related litigation, such as plan benefit disputes, subrogation matters, and collection matters. Danielle also assists with trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation, including matters involving breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, fiduciary removal, and defense.
In addition, Marocchi has experience representing clients in matters concerning product liability claims, insurance coverage, and health care matters, including defending clients against allegations of Medicare and Medicaid-related offenses.
Marocchi holds leadership roles in the legal community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Association for Women Lawyers and the Justinian Society of Lawyers, as well as the Neighborhood House of Milwaukee. She also contributes to Reinhart’s pro bono program, representing clients in post-disposition appellate proceedings.
