COVID-19 Assisted Living & Nursing Home Update for June 19, 2020

Reinhart attorney Bob Lightfoot attended both the Assisted Living Forum and Nursing Home Forum hosted by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services for the week of June 15. Bob provides the highlights, including return to work and guidance for facilities with staff that has tested positive for COVID-19; guidance on admission and readmission to facilities; PPE; dining at nursing homes; nursing home focus surveys and communal dining.
