Caitlyn Sikorski Reelected as a Director of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section for the State Bar of Wisconsin

Caitlyn Sikorski has been reelected to a three-year term as a director of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law (RPPT) section for the State Bar of Wisconsin. The section provides a forum for questions pertaining to law of real property, trusts and probate matters; examines them to recommend legislation; and assists other members. Sikorski also remains on the Fiduciary Litigation Committee for the RPPT section overseen by its board.

Sikorski is the co-chair of Reinhart’s Trust, Estate and Fiduciary Litigation group and a shareholder in Reinhart’s Trusts and Estates Practice, where she counsels clients regarding trust, estate and fiduciary litigation, as well as trustee compliance and litigation, including breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, fiduciary removal and defense, and significant construction and reformation matters. Sikorski is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and presents annually to the Wisconsin State Bar Association, educating lawyers on fiduciary litigation issues.
