Shareholder Bridget Hubing presented “Easement Rights on Tribal Lands” on October 3, at the State Bar of Wisconsin Annual Real Estate Update. During her presentation, Hubing examined express easements under the Right of Way Act, public rights of way under the Federal-Aid Highway Act and implied easement rights under the Allotment Acts.

Hubing is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Real Estate and Litigation practices and is chair of the firm’s Real Estate Litigation Team.
