Bob Lightfoot Presents Webinar on Compliance: “What the FTag?”

Bob Lightfoot presented as a part of a Carefeed webinar titled “What the FTag?” on regulatory compliance in skilled nursing facilities. The discussion focused on admission and discharge processes, legal requirements and Ftag policies outlined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Panelists shared practical insights on documentation, communication strategies and methods to ensure compliance while enhancing the resident experience.

Lightfoot is a shareholder at Reinhart and chair of the firm’s Health Care Practice and Long Term Care, Assisted Living and Senior Independent Housing Services Group. He represents the owners and operators of nursing homes and assisted living facilities on operational, regulatory and employment matters, as well as buying, selling and licensing these entities, survey and certification, audits, risk management and HIPAA compliance. He also counsels licensed health care professionals before the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services on personal licensing issues.
