Beth J. Bahr is Reinhart's Director of Human Resources. With more than 25 years of experience in the field, Bahr leads the firm in numerous efforts, including talent recruitment and retention. Bahr's knowledge and expertise in this particular area was highlighted in the Spring edition of Peer to Peer: The Quarterly Magazine for International Legal Technology Association.

In her article, Bahr discusses how IT professionals are extremely intelligent in technological topics and recognize what skills are required in a candidate, but HR professionals have the employment law and leadership development knowledge necessary to ensure the candidate is right for the role. "The strongest recruiting team exists when these two areas and types of professionals work together," Bahr said.
