Andy Price to Present Webinar on Real Estate Financing

Andy Price will present the webinar, “The Legal and Lending Considerations for Real Estate Financing Transactions,” as a part of a speaker series on September 24.  The presentation, offered exclusively to credit unions and members of the Wisconsin Credit Union League, tackles common questions, issues, pitfalls and due diligence items in real estate finance transactions from a legal and lending perspective. Price will also share real-world examples of how these issues have arisen in past deals and how they were resolved.

As a shareholder in Reinhart’s Banking and Finance and Real Estate practices, Price has extensive experience in completing complex commercial real estate transactions. He regularly advises clients on a wide range of financing matters, including asset-based lending, cash flow financing, construction financing, commercial real estate financing, acquisition/capital markets financing, distressed debt and forbearance situations.
