- Allen Schlinsog, Jr. named to Milwaukee Bar Association Board of Directors
MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that Shareholder Allen Schlinsog, Jr. has been selected to serve on the Milwaukee Bar Association (MBA) 2024-2025 Board of Directors. With nearly 30 years of membership in the Milwaukee Bar Association, Schlinsog notes that he takes great pride in the opportunity to hold a leadership position that will allow him to work more closely with the organization's charitable and pro bono services, as well as collaborate with fellow board members and esteemed judges. He will continue to uphold the MBA's mission to administer justice, promote high standards of learning and professional conduct, provide opportunities for law-related community service and foster collegiality within the legal community.
“The MBA’s dedication to DEI and access to justice for those living and working in Milwaukee County is truly inspiring,” said Schlinsog. “I am excited to help promote those initiatives, and I look forward to working with our judges and members of the bar to support the courts of Milwaukee County. The MBA provides a crucial community for the bench and bar that allows the Milwaukee County justice system to thrive."
Schlinsog is a shareholder and chair of the Product Liability and Safety Practice Group. He is also past chair of the firm's Litigation Practice and still handles commercial litigation and intellectual property cases. However, he is most widely known for his complex product liability defense work, especially claims involving regulated products in the mining, construction, agricultural, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Outside of the office, he has previously served as the former President of the Bar Association for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
