Reinhart provides its attorneys with an environment that allows the individual to flourish and
turn a job into a career. To attract the best and brightest candidates, Reinhart offers its associates a
competitive compensation package. Base salary is competitive with other large firms in the state, and we have
a bonus compensation program for rewarding superior associate performance and motivating associates towards
achieving the goals for the firm. Total compensation also includes a variety of other benefits, such as a
401(k) plan, employer-subsidized health and dental insurance, a medical reimbursement program,
employer-provided life insurance, and the ability to pay for dependent care expenses and enclosed downtown
parking on a pretax basis.
