The Best Lawyers in America 2005-2006 features 26 Reinhart attorneys. The 2005-2006
edition marks the 10th and 20th consecutive appearances for several Reinhart attorneys.
Over 90% of the Reinhart attorneys evaluated receive Martindale Hubbell's highest peer review rating
for legal ability and ethical standards.
Chambers USA recognized seven Reinhart attorneys as among the best in Wisconsin in 2006 in
the areas of corporate mergers and acquisitions, litigation, intellectual property and real estate. Chambers USA is a legal rating firm that
produces internationally known guides to the legal profession.
- In the area of mergers and acquisitions, James M. Bedore and Michael T. Pepke's were described as being "punctilious in everything they do."
- Chambers recognizes litigator Scott W. Hansen as “pragmatic, honest, straightforward and
commercially savvy.” Peers confirmed that he “consistently prevails in litigation cases and is a true trial dog.”
- In the area of real estate law, Bruce T. Block was commended as "above and beyond everybody in the local real estate arena ." Clients reported very
positive experiences with him, with one claiming: "He is a delight to work with, is an excellent listener, gives brilliant guidance, has a low-key approach and,
above all, has a good sense of humor." Peers give him credit for being "trustworthy, creative and practical ." The publication notes that Jesse S.
Ishikawa is "thorough and hard-working" and that Harvey L. Temkin was described to researchers as "a pleasant, responsive and intelligent man with a highly
approachable demeanor."
- "High-quality work is in evidence here," Chambers reports in the area
of intellectual property with clients speaking of a team that "has obtained
great results" and describes David G. Hanson as "straightforward."
Corporate Board Member consistently ranks Reinhart among the top five corporate law firms in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin, in its annual Legal Industry Research Survey. In 2006 Reinhart was tied for fourth.
Ten Reinhart attorneys are members of honorary professional associations, selected on the basis of
professional reputation and ability in their fields of law. These honorary associations include the American College
of Real Estate Lawyers, the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, the American College of Employee Benefits
Counsel and the American College of Bankruptcy.
Reinhart is one of few law firms in the nation to have an advisory board of nonlawyer executives

The November 2005 Wisconsin Super Lawyers publication, appearing in Milwaukee Magazine, named

top 50 attorneys in the entire state.
Reinhart ranks as the third largest law firm in Milwaukee with 160 attorneys locally, according
to The Business Journal of Greater Milwaukee's July 21, 2006, survey of largest Milwaukee-area law firms.
Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. ranks in the National Law Journal's top 250 largest firms in
the United States.
