  3. Tristan A. Dollinger

Tristan A. Dollinger brings big-picture perspective and a business mindset to his clients as a shareholder in Reinhart’s Health Care and Corporate Law practices. His primary focus is health care, where he assists developers, managers and operators of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent senior living communities, physician and dental practices, hospices, home health agencies, nonprofit organizations and related industry groups to realize their greatest potential in pursuing better outcomes for the patients, residents and communities they serve.

He advises on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing, regulatory compliance, survey defense, contracting, risk management, changes in ownership and corporate governance. He also handles grievance and appeals work before related state and federal agencies.

His clients find him easy to work with, accessible and committed to doing what it takes to accomplish their objectives. He evaluates issues within the larger context of the industry and the client’s specific goals before recommending a strategy. Whether handling a simple transaction or a knotty issue, Tristan is equally invested in preparation, research and success. He enjoys helping the health care organizations that play such an important role in providing critical services to their communities.

Away from the office, Tristan spends time with family and enjoys water sports, golf and fishing.
