Leah R. Wyant (Harrand) is an attorney in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice where she advises clients on acquisitions and dispositions of real estate and leasing matters throughout the country; land use, zoning, licensing and permitting matters for clients throughout Wisconsin; and food and beverage licensing and development considerations.

In spring 2015, Leah co-launched Reinhart’s “Hopping on the Brewery Bandwagon” E-Alert series, which features informative articles related to the various challenges businesses and entrepreneurs face in the craft brewery market. Leah co-chairs Reinhart’s Craft Brewery, Distillery and Winery Law group, and assists clients in navigating the regulation of alcoholic beverages in Wisconsin. Leah is a member of the National Associations of Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Attorneys.

  • Represents developers, national retailers and assisted living and senior living providers on matters relating to land use, zoning and other aspects of entitlements throughout Wisconsin
  • Negotiates and drafts leases and subleases in connection with office, manufacturing and retail space and senior housing living facilities
