  3. Kristin K. Langhoff

Kristin Langhoff is a solutions-focused shareholder in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, where she counsels clients on complex transactions and development deals, including sales, acquisitions, leasing arrangements, zoning issues, financing and condominium formation. Her clients span the country and represent a wide variety of industries, especially hospitals and health care providers.

Prior to practicing law, Kristin worked as a civil engineer for an architectural, engineering and construction management firm where she assisted clients in the design and construction of projects ranging from urban street improvement projects to retail developments and large distribution facilities. This engineering background gives her unique perspective and experience in advising clients in land, zoning and real estate matters.

She is a diligent and dedicated legal partner, able to efficiently manage the complex moving parts involved in a deal and bring multiple parties to a consensus. She’s very collaborative by nature and thrives when working closely with her clients to bring their projects to fruition.

Kristin enjoys spending her free time with her teenaged children, being outdoors and traveling.
