He provides legal counsel in the leasing, development, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate with a particular focus on affordable housing and low-income housing tax credit projects. Frank reviews and analyzes financing documents, leases, construction contracts and architectural agreements and helps clients negotiate purchase transactions. These projects often involve a variety of lenders and stakeholders, and Frank is skilled at balancing their needs, reconciling competing concerns and seeing possibilities for alignment.

Before joining Reinhart, Frank spent nearly a decade as in-house counsel for a real estate management and development company. Due to this experience, he has a keen understanding of the client perspective and how to collaborate for success.
