Brian G. Carroll

Brian is a shareholder in the firm's Corporate practice group with particular expertise in the transfer, investment and management of real property assets. He has more than 30 years of experience counselling and advocating on behalf of a wide variety of clients, including corporate investors, developers, municipalities, property management firms, lending institutions and other client groups.  Brian advises his clients on general legal matters, as well as issues that are often associated with the operation of business interests including employment, finance, contract disputes, land acquisition and development, investment, leasing and all other real estate issues.  Brian is recognized for his ability to offer practical business solutions to complex problems. Clients appreciate Brian's extensive experience and collaborative approach.
