REINHART LAWYER ATHENEÉ LUCAS RECEIVES TWO DISTINCT HONORS FOR WORK TOWARDS DIVERSITY

MILWAUKEE – The Wisconsin State Bar's Board of Governors and Mosaic have each recognized Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. lawyer Atheneé Lucas for her continued work towards a diverse legal industry and community.

Lucas practices in Reinhart's Business Law Department. She has been appointed to the State Bar's Board of Governors as a Building Bridges Liaison. Through the appointment, she will get the opportunity to continue her influence on the state of diversity in the Wisconsin State Bar. Lucas is also the immediate past Chair of the Bar's Diversity Outreach Committee.

In addition, Lucas has been nominated as a Mosaic Partner. Mosaic is a race-relations and community-building program that brings together leaders in Milwaukee to affect change. The organization's goal is to create community leaders who promote bridging the racial divide.

Lucas said she was honored to be recognized for her efforts. "With the support of everyone at Reinhart, it's been great for me to be able to devote energy to something so important to me," she said.
