Please join us for the Legal Due Diligence for Real Estate Transactions seminar!

This seminar will teach you basic due diligence activities such as feasibility and valuation studies, zoning and land division compliance, title and survey review, environmental review and other crucial inspections which should be completed prior to committing to the purchase of commercial real estate.

Our presenters will focus on the task of completing each review and interpreting the results as well as exploring possible ways to shift the risk on those due diligence items which cannot be completely satisfied prior to closing.
