Reinhart's Real Estate Practice represents landlords and tenants in lease drafting, negotiations and dispute resolution. Our leasing work most often involves large, commercial facilities located throughout the country, such as industrial properties, shopping centers and office buildings. We support our corporate group in mergers and acquisitions involving multi-state/multi-property transactions and assist clients in structuring sale/leaseback transactions.
