Willem J. Noorlander is a shareholder in the firm's Litigation Practice where he advises and represents professional and corporate clients on a range of complex contentious matters. Bill has extensive experience in complex insurance coverage litigation related to environmental matters and professional liability. He has significant experience working with the financial professions including actuaries, accountants and brokers who appreciate his creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving and his commitment to understanding each client's business and the business consequences of every dispute.
Through this work, Bill has obtained valuable insights into the complexities of multipolicy and multidefendant litigation and the inside business and legal strategies of insurance companies, insights which serve him well in his representation of clients from many professional fields.
